Welcome to Touchlinetekkers! By registering for and participating in our programs, camps, and sessions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Touchline Tekkers maintains a strict no refund policy. The only exception is if a session, camp, or event is canceled due to severe weather conditions (such as lightning) and rescheduling is not possible. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In the event of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations or changes via email, text, or phone call. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel activities as necessary for the safety of all participants.
Participants are expected to arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and equipped with all necessary gear. Respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and fellow participants is required at all times. Disruptive or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
All participants must be in good health and physically able to take part in athletic activities. Parents or guardians are responsible for informing Touchline Tekkers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to participation. Touchline Tekkers is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training sessions, camps, or events.
By registering, participants and their parents/guardians grant Touchline Tekkers permission to use photos, videos, and recordings captured during sessions for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Participation acknowledges the understanding and acceptance of all risks associated with athletic activities, and releases Touchline Tekkers, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses.
Touchline Tekkers reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation after updates are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
